Delete your Sharkling account

• Open Sharkling and go to Profile.
• Choose Delete account (or Delete guest progress if you have not added a sign-in method).
• Follow the confirmation shown in the app. Registered accounts receive an email confirmation link; guest profiles can be deleted directly on the device.

You can use the iOS or Android app without creating a registered account. These same steps permanently remove the random guest profile and its saved progress.

Email support@heaplabs.co from the address connected to your Sharkling account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. If you only used a guest profile and no longer have access to the device, include any guest identifier visible in Profile so we can locate it.

Account or guest-profile deletion removes your profile, sign-in methods, learning progress, puzzle and drill results, streaks, imported hand histories, preferences, and subscription-entitlement links. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in the store that billed you.

Account and learning data is deleted within 30 days. We may retain limited billing, transaction, security, or legal records for the periods required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and other applicable laws. Server logs rotate automatically and are kept for no more than 90 days.
