Community Standards

These standards apply when you create or share content other people can see: club chat, polls, shared hand discussions, public hand links, and connected community spaces. Private lessons, private hand imports, and play-money tables do not require this acknowledgement.

• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, unwanted sexual attention, or abuse directed at a person or group.
• No doxxing or sharing personal, private, or account information without permission.
• No spam, scams, phishing, fake giveaways, investment solicitations, impersonation, or deceptive links.
• No promotion of cheating, collusion, real-time assistance, account sharing, or other conduct that compromises a game or tournament.
• No illegal activity or content that facilitates it. Poker strategy terms and good-faith hand discussion are welcome.

Club owners and moderators handle their club first. They can remove messages and apply timeouts; every such action is recorded. Anyone can block another member and report content. Sharkling staff review escalated reports in the admin queue and may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or preserve evidence where safety or law requires it.

Severity guides our target response: imminent threats, credible doxxing, and active scams are escalated immediately; harassment, hate, and cheating reports are prioritized within one business day; other reports are normally reviewed within three business days. These are operational targets, not guaranteed response times.

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, reply to the notice or email support@heaplabs.co with the club, content, and decision involved. We review appeals separately when practical. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Creating shared or public content means you agree to these standards and the Terms of Service. We may update these standards; a material update requires a new acknowledgement before you create more shared content.
